Leftover Chicken & Avocado Salad

Today's lunch transformed from last nights dinner. A store bought rotisserie chicken plus a few other ingredients is all you need. Good alone as a low carb meal, over a bed of greens, slapped together between some bread and even makes a good enchilada filling!
          •  Meat from 1/2 Rotisserie Chicken, chopped
          • 1/2 Avocado, diced
          • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
          • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
          • A handful of cilantro, chopped
          • Juice of 1/2 of a lime
          • salt and pepper to taste, stir and enjoy!
          • a little Sriracha on top never hurts either
